Only 10mins walk to both, Renfe and bus stops, to get to the airport, city center, Muelle Uno, Fuengirola, Mijas, Marbella, Ronda, etc. 10/15mins walk to Puerto Marina beach and beautiful leisure area. 2mins walk to local restaurants and bars. 10mins walk to Solymar 24h square. Also walk distance to Lidl, Dia, Mercadona, Maskom and Carrefour supermarkets. María is local qualified Tour Guide. She loves organizing meet ups around the city! She enjoy going to the beach, swimming, long walks, exploring new towns, international cooking, wine lover, electronic music, reading, learning different languages, cocktails, travelling, gardening, nature, milkshakes, fashion, relaxing. She is native Spanish speaker and also speaks English, Italian and some German. Let's exchange our languages! This is very relaxing home with positive environment and great community pool and garden for chilling out!
House Rules
Keep home safe, closing front door when entering, also when leaving and do not bring other people at home. 375€ key set security return deposit and temporary written dates agreement to sign on arrival. At home we all wear house slippers and do not use street shoes. Turn off the light straight away after yourself when not in use and be responsible with the use of water. The room rate includes the following things: spring cleaning before your stay, bedding and towels, weekly laundry, fiber Wi-Fi internet and basic house bills.
