Overview
Our family lives in a townhouse with 03 bedrooms, in S. Miguel Paulista, east of São Paulo ,. We have a dog. Our townhouse is 30 minutes from Guarulhos Airport, 20 minutes from Metro Itaquera station, 20 min the Estadio Itaquerão, home of the opening of the World Cup. We live in a quiet street. We have a large balcony and a backyard with barbecue. Tourist guide services with own vehicle, upon payment of additional fees (fee for vehicle and driver). Laundry services only with additional fee to wash and iron clothes iron.
House Rules
Smoking inside the hostel Will not be allowed pets. You will not be allowed access to the kitchen of the house. It will not be allowed access of strangers into the house. Enjoy the stay and hospitality. Act as a citizen and civilized person and common sense. Access to the residence will only be allowed until midnight and shall not be loud or before or after 22:00 pm. Reservations must be made at least 7 days in advance. On confirmation of booking must be paid 50% of the total. Transport or transfer services will be charged separately, upon request of the same. Laundry services are also charged separately.
