Overview
I am a senior citizen retired and travelled USA, ITALY, BANGLADESH and live in my three room apartment and can accommodate one double bed room with balcony attached, with lock or one private room or one bed at Common hall at most competitive and affordable rates. Apartment is closer to international famous and frequently visited Botanical Garden and many tourist spots viz Victoria Memorial hall, Alipur Zoo, Ganga river, Birla planetarium , Museum, New market, Avani mall etc are at reachable distance less than 5 km. Currently only bed facilities with kitchen , two toilets one western and the other southern style, and common hall . Close to apartment Narayana hotel is at walking distance for break fast, lunch and dinner and several eateries are locally situated Entry door and part of common hall is under CCTV survivalence (installed recently , can be switched off if guest request for specific timings)

1. Live like a family member 2. No smoking, party , loud music 3. No pets 4. check in from 8 A.M to 9 p.m 5 Check out 12 a.m 6 Advance 25% while booking 7. Balance payment by bank transfer, Paytm while check in and registration
