Welcome to our renovated large Townhouse in the heart of Zejtun (Città Beland). Our residence is in the southeastern part of Malta, in a serene neighbourhood conveniently adjacent to all necessary facilities. Additionally, a 10-minute drive will take you to several historical monuments, including the Three Cities and temples. Furthermore, popular beaches such as St. Peter's Pool, St. Thomas Bay, and Pretty Bay are also nearby. The distance between our property and the closest bus station, Alfredo or Diacono, is a mere 2-minute walk. This convenient location provides easy access to all main routes. The University MCAST Paola and Bulebel are conveniently located only a few minutes away, greatly benefiting students studying there or doing internships. There is a direct bus to the University of Malta and to the Airport. What are the reasons for choosing us as your accommodation provider? The primary reason for choosing us is to immerse oneself in the Maltese way of life, including its customs, cuisine, and cultural heritage. About our Home: Our home has all modern comforts, including a kitchen and dining area with a terrace/garden and outdoor kitchen, which are ideal for relaxation. The family bathroom is on the ground floor, while the other floors feature the single and twin bedrooms and guest bathrooms. We reside on the premises and are readily available to provide visitors with information and advice. We are fluent in English, Italian, and Maltese. Included in the rates are: - the utility bills. - providing bath towels and bedsheets. - housekeeping - laundry service every week - Wi-Fi and air conditioning - Eco-tax - MORNING MEALS AND EVENING MEALS The hosts offer several excursions; please contact us for more details and refer to the list below. • One-to-one language tutoring available for English or Maltese in the comfort of our home. All resources will be supplied. • A Day in Beautiful Gozo We plan to have a wonderful day in Gozo. The package includes the cost of the guest and car ferry ticket, fuel, traditional breakfast and lunch with the local residents, a guided tour of Gozo with designated stops (schedule will be provided), a boat tour and the opportunity to swim at one of Gozo's renowned secluded beaches, a visit to Ta' Pinu Cathedral, a boat trip, a visit to the Citadel which includes access to 5 museums, a visit to the Ggantija prehistoric temples, a visit to a Windmill, and additional attractions. • Discovering all of Malta in under 4 hours, spanning from the northernmost to the southernmost point. This trip is renowned for exploring the most prominent villages, towns, and cities of Malta within a 4-hour timeframe, spanning from the North to the South. The itinerary includes a stop to savour the renowned Pastizzi and the traditional beverage, Kinnie. • Class on traditional Maltese cuisine We will replicate traditional Maltese recipes from the 1900s or earlier, still served in local eateries. • Transportation from Malta Airport to your residence. • Full board options available (packed lunch + bottle of water + snack) We look forward to welcoming you! House Rules
The guidelines for our home are straightforward: Show kindness towards others, maintain cleanliness by tidying up after oneself, and uphold honesty. Unauthorised guests are prohibited from entering the room without obtaining my explicit consent. Additionally, the room is expected to be maintained in a clean and orderly condition. Towels are replaced as necessary, and linen is changed weekly. Breakfast and supper are included in all costs. In addition, we provide all inclusive/full board choices. Please feel free to contact us for more information. PAYMENT Method: Please be aware that we require our visitors to make an upfront payment of 25% of the total booking amount to secure their accommodation. This payment is separate from the 15% service charge given to Homestay.com as their commission. The remaining balance of 75% needs to be paid on the first day of arrival. CANCELLATION Policy: Deposits and payments are non-refundable in the event of cancellation or shortening of the stay, as the room(s) will have been reserved for you and any other inquiries for the same room will have been declined. Rates include basic breakfast (cereals, toast with jam or chocolate spread, coffee/tea/milk) and dinners. Dinners are Mediterranean/Maltese (we do not cater for special diets including lactose or gluten intollerant, vegan).
