We have all flown the nest and my mum wants to share her empty newly decorated nest. Only quiet, tidy and considerate people should apply as the resident owner is a senior citizen. The room rate covers all bills but please note the gas and electricity usage is subject to a fair use policy. Facilities include: Fast Broadband Newly decorated throughout Maintained Central Heating Laminate flooring Double glazing throughout Fridge freezer Microwave oven Washing machine Well equipped kitchen Self catering On street parking If you are a non-smoker, female and you want a clean, quiet but affordable place to stay; This is it. Please note this is a self catering facility (no additional charge) but plates, crockery and cutlery are provided for you to use. Please note: WE ONLY ACCEPT GUESTS THAT ARE VACCINATED FOR COVID 19 YOU WILL BE EXPECTED TO KEEP THE HOUSE CLEAN AT ALL TIMES. House Rules
Please feel free to use the kitchen but always clean up during and after use. Keep noise to a minimum at all times. Please do not invite strangers into our home. Please do not adjust the heating settings yourself, ask my mum and we will sort it. Shoes are not allowed upstairs. Please always leave the toilet and bathroom as you would want to find it.
