House Rules
No smoking. No drugs allowed. No smoking of any kind of cigarette or cigar. The person staying is the same as the person who signed the contract. No pets allowed. No one other than the person who signed the contract is allowed to stay. After 10:00 pm. Please keep the volume down. Payment must be made in full before arrival, as well as taxes. Regarding the Mexican government tax, the SAT charges 16% VAT, which you would pay upon arrival at check-in. All payments must be made in full to continue with check-in; there is an additional 3.5% ISH tax. Keys will be returned at check-in time, 2:00 pm. Check-out is before 11:00 am. Room cleaning is only done on the day of check-in and at the end of your stay.Room cleaning is your responsibility. We provide cleaning supplies. Trash is disposed of in the trash can located in the courtyard. There are restaurants, cafes, hospitals, and pharmacies nearby. We kindly ask you to keep your voice down, as other guests may be in other rooms. If you become ill, please let us know; we can call the doctor. The in-home consultation costs $1,000 pesos.
