House Rules
1. Advanced Heads Up if you plan to have a visitor 2. Informed when they're here so we can lock doors. 3. No Loud intimacy when people are WFH / Studying / Sleeping. 4. Please clean as you go. 5. No more than two “visits” in a week or we’ll need to have a discussion. 6. Please clean dishes after meals 7. Keep front door closed at all times. 8. Please lock and secure gates when entering and exiting property. 9. Rent to be transferred to Niall on Mondays. 10. Always lock the front door when no one is on the property. Place Sherman outside during the day and inside at night. 11. If you turn an appliance ON, it is your responsibility to turn it OFF. Extractor Fans, Lights, Gas, TV etc etc
