Homestay for Macquarie Uni students
Overview
It's a newly built house with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with nice small backyard. The location is 10 mins by bus from Rouse Town centre and metro station. The bus stop is close to our house. We are a couple with a 7 year old son, we have hosted many international students since 2016.
House Rules
Deposit 25% is required at the time of booking the room. Deposit will be forfeited for cancellation less than 72 hours. Wifi is available Laundry is available once a week No alcohol, smoking or having another guest stay overnight No cooking, instant noodles is allowed Keep the room clean and tidy Strictly no food in the bedroom as it attracts ants and cockroach Dining table is available anytime for eating meals Put leftover food in the fridge or throw out in the bin
