Overview
My roommate Lisiane and I have been living in this awesome top floor apartment for over a year. She works with kids and I work in concerts and festivals; we're always eager to share our knowledge of the cultural events of the city. Just 5 minutes away from the city center, with a tram stop close by, our place is in a quiet, traditional neighborhood.
House Rules
While I myself smoke, my roommate doesn't, and I am used to not smoking indoors while hosting non-smokers. But all guests are free to smoke, as long as they crack a window once in a while. I am a very light sleeper and usually make as little noise as possible, I like for everyone to respect each other's sleep.
