Overview
They are 2 independent apartments located in Córdoba Capital in a very quiet neighborhood, to the northwest of the city, 17 km. from the center. It has the advantage that less than 100 meters away, there are 8 transport lines that go to the center, and also to tourist places in the mountains very close to my house. Also 150 meters away, there is a Tren de las Sierras station where you can take a very pleasant walk to the Punilla Valley, for a negligible cost. I am 15 minutes from the International Airport and 100 meters away there is a Shopping Center, open every day from 10 in the morning to 10 at night, with a supermarket, pharmacy, bookstore, cinemas, restaurants and various shops. The apartments have a private bathroom, kitchen, living room/bedroom, each one with its own gallery and capacity for 3 people, a large patio and garden with lots of vegetation, old trees and the sound of birds. I am an architect and I work most of the time from home. I speak some English. I have a vehicle and I don't mind picking up travelers at the airport. The best thing is that it is in a very quiet, wooded place, almost like being in the country, but with all the accessibility of the nearby transportation system, and the nearby Shopping Center, with all the services it provides. I have two cats, but they live outside the house.
House Rules
You can use all the common spaces of the house, including the grill, located in the gallery, if notified in advance, taking care of its subsequent cleaning and respecting the rest hours of the family and other possible guests. Friends can be invited, following the aforementioned rules. They have basic crockery for three people, a refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, and sink, and in the nearby shopping center, they sell delicious, freshly prepared food that is ready to heat. Includes sheets and towels. Smoking is only allowed outside the house.

Department with independent entrance from the garden and its own outdoor gallery. Large environment, with a double and a single bed, table and chairs, TV, and equipped kitchen. Dressing room and large zoned bathroom for exclusive use.
