House Rules
PAYMENT -Full non-refundable payment via cash or email transfer upon arrival. If bank account is in a foreign country, email transfer is not eligible. -taxes of 11.5% not included in rate. -check in 3pm check out 11am ( arrangement may be made with host, if available, to hold luggage) DAMAGE AND INCIDENTALS You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay. A refundable damage deposit is required. Please contact for detail information after booking. OTHER -ID (government issued) required prior to checking in. -No pets -No drugs use on the property -no loud noise after 10 pm (quiet period 11pm to 7 am) -No smoking inside the home or within 12 feet of any building on the property - please keep our home secure and lock doors and windows when leaving -please clean up after yourself when you use the kitchen. -no overnight guests. -Please treat our home with respect during the duration of your visit
