Detached house set in mature gardens having four bedrooms and all recently refurbished. There are 2 bathrooms ample living space ,gas fired heating and sky tv and WiFi. Full and modern cooking and laundry facilities. The house is owner occupied by retired businessman and currently one guest a mature female law student, (polish). House is situated 1 mile (1.6km) from malahide village. ,(20 minute walk ). It is on the 42 bus route to city and convenient to 102 route to Swords, Train and Dart service from Malahide to city centre and beyond.
