Lady owner recently retired has a 3 bed home in a small gated development close to Blackrock village and Monkstown . Host has double room (for single use) available to rent to a female student/ professional. Within walking distance to buses and DART (train). Host has keen interest in baking, gardening and walking. Room contains double bed, fitted wardrobe. Occupant will share bathroom with 1 person only of main bathroom as host has en suite . One other Trinity college student in house. Complimentary light breakfast will be available. Open to full time rent or mon/fri students. Min stay 30 days.
House Rules
Females only No smoking or vaping in house No pets House to be left secure when leaving Use of kitchen at designated time morning and evening Laundry to be done on Saturdays preferably No visitors allowed No noise after 10 pm Kitchen to be kept tidy after use No showering late at night. One month deposit payable in advance Deposit refundable if room is left as it was and one month’s notice given.
