Overview
I am a retired professor from Fanshawe College. I own a spacious house, featuring - 4-bedroom on the second floor as well as 3-bedroom on the ground floor - a total of 2 kitchens, 3 full bathrooms on the the ground, the second floor as well as the basement - virtually 100 meters to a bus stop/convenience store, 500 meters to the Oxbury Mall, a 2.3 km distance to , and with a direct bus route to Fanshawe, approximately 3.2 km to Western, and with convenient traffic to other parts of London, including downtown From December 1, 2024, the masterroom and a couple of single rooms are available at a monthly rent of $550 ~ $680 until August 31, 2025, inclusive of a furnished room, water, electricity, gas, central heating & cooling, UNLIMITED HIGHSPEED WIFI, and on-site laundry. HURRY UP before the last room is gone, because that is the BEST DEAL in town now.
House Rules
It is a shared responsibility of all the occupants to keep the house clean, and clean it regularly on the monthly basis or whenever is deemed necessary. Each occupant takes a turn to serve as the "Manager on Duty" on a monthly basis to perform the following house chores: 1) Ensure that all the perishable and non-perishable wastes on the premises, indoor and out-door be kept, collected and disposed in compliance with the City by-laws on a weekly basis. 2) Ensure that both the kitchen and the bathroom sinks are not clogged. In case of clogging, arrange for the fixing of the clogging, pay for and get the cost reimbursed by the landlord or the person(s) held responsible for. 3) Ensure that all the smoke alarm detectors are working properly; otherwise, inform the landlord to have the hazard fixed as soon as possible. 4) Ensure that the screener of the dryer machine is clean; otherwise, clean it so as to prevent any hazard. 5) Collect all mails from the mailbox, and put them in the right place for pickup by the addressees. 6) Ensure that there is no waste of energy from the water running taps and/or unnecessary daytime lighting. 7) Ensure that all occupants/guests are on slippers or shoe covers indoors. 8) Ensure that smoking rules are strictly enforced on the premises both in-door and out-door. 9) No admission from guests into any of the bedroom; no overnight guests without prior consent by the landlord. 10) No Partying with alcoholic drinking, loud talking, music and/or noises that might disturb the neighbours, far less than vaping and illegal drug use.
