It has a small hall, spacious and bright room in L, kitchen, laundry area, 2 bathrooms, 01 bedroom with a bunk bed and 01 single box room with double bed. House Rules
You can not smoke in rooms. I ask you to take the garbage to the ground to get out or answer the door at 10:30 am when the clerk of the building playing to collect the garbage. Towels and linens are for use only in the apartment. The key must be returned to me at check out, not being able to deliver the porters or others. You can wash clothes, move or leave them to be passed.
