Overview
This new property in the Texas Hillcountry is a convenient location nestled in Bulverde and close to San Antonio, Fredericksburg, Greene, New Braunfels, and Boerne, Texas. This property was built in 2022 and has two full bedrooms with closets and two private full bathrooms with tubs. Each room has brand new furniture and brand new Purple Mattresses. We believe in treating our guests like a Home Away from Home and bamboo sheets are provided, along with towels and basic toiletries. There is a shared space for the kitchen and amazing patio views that backup to a preserve that hosts a variety of Texas wildlife. For your health, we have a 3rd bay garage that is fitted with a Peloton and space for a full workout. Over 5 miles of walking, running, or biking trails are available for the individual that needs more free space. Additionally, this beautiful family community in the Texas Hillcountry offers scenic views with two community pools (one is a lap pool), and a 24 hour fitness center w/separate yoga studio. Driving distance to San Antonio International Airport is 20-25 mins and Austin-Bergstrom International Airport or downtown Austin is around 75 mins without traffic.
House Rules
1. Please remove shoes 2. No smoking, vaping, recreational drugs or loud music. Patio available for vaping only. 3. Guests allowed with prior permission 4. Street parking available 5. Garage available for storing small items (bike / small containers) 6. We have a well-trained rescue dog and ask that guests do not try to pet until he learns you!
