We have three bedrooms available for guests: 1) A Nicely furnished Master Bedroom available for one or two people. The room is furnished with one queen size bed, two night tables, one highboy dresser. *****CURRENTLY OCCUPIED: LONG TERM OCCUPANCY IN PLACE***** 2) The Lilac Room: Nicely furnished bedroom for one person (perhaps for two): Weekly $245.00 Monthly: $902.42 (15% off). For two people add $175.00 per month. 3) The Middle Room: Right size bedroom. Single bed, desk, TV, TV stand, chest of drawers, desk lamp. Weekly:$280.00. Monthly: $1,031.00 (15 % off). We are located in Beacon Hill North Area, in the East End of Ottawa. The rates are all inclusive. (high speed internet, central natural gas heating, Air Conditioning and ceiling fans, electricity and water). Access to a shared Kitchen, living room, dining room, deck and laundry room (one load per week) This townhouse is situated in a great neighbourhood with friendly neighbours. Nearby Facilities: Community/condominium pool City of Ottawa Public Wave Pool Gym Churches Postal Office Ottawa Public Library Supermarkets Pharmacies Banks Fast food restaurants Haircut Salon & Barber Shop. Dollarama Salvation Army, Skating Ring Bus #24, one or two minutes walk, takes you to the Blair LRT (Light Rail Train), Train #1 will take you Downtown Ottawa in 15 minutes. Bus #12 at 150 meters. Takes you downtown Ottawa in 30 - 45 minutes approximately Visitors Parking only. Very easy access to the Highway 3-5 minutes drive. (15-20 mins drive to downtown Ottawa).
House Rules
No Smoking inside the premises. No drugs and not heavy drinking Quiet time as of 10 pm every night Laundry: Once per week. Only in the weekends (From Friday at 7:30 pm to Sundays at 9:00 pm) or between 7:30 pm and 9:00 pm during weekdays. Clean your own bedrooms, dust, vacuum clean. Keep it clean at all times, free of food waste and garbage. Clean, flush, wipe, brush the toilet, the sink and the bathtub after each use.(as necessary) Wash the dishes, utensils, pots, pan, oven, counters, floors, sink after each use.
