Overview
This is two room annex in the heart of city, sector - 8, Chandigarh.In main part of house i.e ground floor, I live with my wife,at first floor my nephew stays with his family. We can attend our guests all the time with care and all possible assistance. Main attraction of Chandigarh is Sector 17,the main market place of Chandigarh is at 10 minutes walking distance from the house. Sukhna lake and world famous Nekchand creation Rock Garden are also at 15 minutes walking distance from our place. All main gardens i.e Rose Garden, leisure valley, chrysanthemum garden etc. etc.are also at a walking distance along with Hindu Shiv Temple and Sikhs Gurudwara.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY We request 100% payment in advance. Details for paying will be given once booked. Cancellation before 7 days from the arrrival: 50% refund, if notice is less than 7 days no refund. No bringing friends back

I am renting 2 rooms to a family or a group of friends. Occupancy from 1 to 4 people. Only one extra person can be accommodated and will be charged INR 500 extra.
