Don't give out Keys/ Codes or allow other people (Other than the Booked Guests) to enter the home for any reason, Any Extra Guests that come to the Home will be subject to the "Extra Guest Fee". No smoking in the house but OK on the Outside Patio Deck. Please Don't feed the Dog or allow her to get out. Kindly keep the kitchen clean by rinsing & placing dishes and silverware in the dishwasher. After using a common space, kindly leave the room in the same condition as it was. Also the home is new so please care for the walls and floors when bringing in luggage.
