Wake up to a sunny garden filled with nature, colorful hummingbirds & butterflies. Close to UCLA. Scenic, relaxing & inspiring spots a rarely found in LA
House Rules
Please keep the place clean by yourself or ask for cleaning help. When doing steam baths/showers. must use the steam exhaust fan switch next to bathroom vanity while taking a shower/ bath and the dehumidifier. Keep quiet during the night. Don't block any neighbor driveways or mailboxes. (only our driveway gate temporary is fine) Pack garbage out directly to trash bins outside by the gate. weekly at the least. trash is picked up every Wednesday. Conserve energy & water. Shut down air/ heat all lights when you leave and not in Use. You can keep the patio lights on. You can have guests but long term overnight guests beyond the reservation please include in reservation. No weapons. please store away
