Hidden Oasis Spectacular Views
Overview
Our home is located in a quiet, tranquil, picturesque area which only has one 'thru' street that leads into and out of the area. We are in a culdesac road so there is no vehicle traffic within my area, which enhances the peaceful nature of Koolewong. We are within walking distance to the train station and bus stops. My home is 15 minutes from the M1 motorway which is an access to travel south to Sydney or north to Newcastle. I am 5 minutes from the local shopping centre, and 12 minutes from the beach. I’m just a walk away from the local cafe "The Humble Table" which does amazing coffee and food! The water view queen room is on the second level of the home. It has a built- in wardrobe, Smart TV , internet WIFI access, 2 side tables and lamps for reading at night. This room has access to its own bathroom which is extra large featuring a large bathtub and a separate shower. The toilet is separate to the bathroom. Guests will have these facilities to themselves. I have a stunning , landscaped backyard which overlooks the Bay and is perfect for summer. I have a Weber BBQ as well as 2 outdoor tables and a large market umbrella with its own lighting. There is a kitchen which you are welcome to use. There is also a microwave, tea/coffee facilities, etc. I do not cook a lot, but there are a plethora of amazing food options to either visit or have food delivered. Guests will be required to buy their own food to have, cook, etc. I have a small gym located in the garage if you want to utilize it. The house is fully air conditioned. I want you to feel at home here, however I ask that you treat my home with respect and as such, no visitors can stay without prior written permission. I am a non-smoker and there is no smoking inside the house, whatsoever. As I am a wildlife carer, and rehabilitate native animals at my house, I cannot have guests bring any pets.

This 2nd level room features panoramic water views. There is a built-in closet, as well as 2 side tables, with lamps for reading and a smart TV, as well as complimentary WIFI usage. The room is fully airconditioned.
