Beautiful view of the valley and volcanoes
Overview
My apartment is spacious 180m2 with beautiful view of the city and volcanoes valley. It is in a safe residential area, 20 minutes walk from the resort, I have different very comfortable and furnished rooms. I speak spanish and english.
House Rules
"Payment method": Once the guest pays Homestay.com online, the host requests an advance payment (via bank or PayPal) of 30% of the reservation balance and the remaining balance on the day of arrival. "Cancellation policies": To cancel the reservation, the guest needs to contact us at least "7 days before" the day of arrival for a refund of 70% of their money.
