Overview
It's a beautiful home in a great location. The kitchen is newly remodeled and is spacious. The bathrooms are also updated. I have hardwood floors. It's a safe area. I have cameras at the front and back door for added security. A 25% deposit will be required prior to arrival.
House Rules
Remove your shoes by the door Clean up after yourself. Kitchen is closed after 9 p.m. After showering clean the shower. Spray and scrub the tub after every use. Used tissue goes in the toilet. If you break something pay to fix or place the item. Clean your room once a week. When not is use, unplug electronics and turn off the lights.

This is a comfortable single bed facing the garden. The room is very bright and has a spacious closet.
This room was remodeled a few years ago. This room has a queen bed, desk and chair. There is a view to the front of the house. The kitchen and bathroom are remolded. It has a bar area and living room with a TV of your floor.
