Overview
We are a bi cultural family of four; Parents, two children and a cat and a dog. Our children are away for university education. We, my husband and I, work in tourism as well as estate business. Meeting people from different cultures and share/ exchange cultural knowledge always fascinates us. Our home has 4 en suite rooms. Each room has a walk in closet and balcony. all rooms have air conditions as well. You will have access to the room facilities you have booked (bedroom, Walk in closet, WC/Shower and balcony). You also are welcome to use the washing machine and kitchen. It will be a great experience to test and share :) We would like to welcome you to 2 of these rooms, share the house and its amenities with us. Included in your room booking is a light breakfast. The garden is big with trees of flowers and fruit trees. We have an organic garden where we try to plant some seasonal vegetables. There is a pool of 12/6 mt. with depth starting at 145 cm up to 200 cm. The villa is located just outside the city center. You approximately 15 minutes to walk there. There are also buses just down the road, 3 minutes walk away. If you are an adventurer and enthusiast about history and historical places and / or desire to explore different beaches, then we recommend you to hire a car. Please inquire about this concern as well as transfer services we also offer.
House Rules
*Payment Method: Please note that we require our guests to pay 50% of the booking total to us in advance of the booking to hold your room. The other 50% should be paid 43 days prior to arrival, if it is an early booking. If you are booking last minute, the total amount should be paid upon confirmation of your booking. Bank transfer, Credit Cards as well as Pay pal are accepted methods of payment for your booking. *Cancellation Policy: We ask our guests to give us at least 42 days’ notice for any cancellation and they will be entitled to 50& refund of the total booking. Any cancellation later than 14 days will not be refunded.” * An amount of 250 Euro should be included in the final payment, or upon arrival acting as a Refundable Damage deposit against any damages of amenities or over use of electricity. You will be refunded the amount upon departure. You are kindly requested Not To: * Throw toilet paper or any object in the toilet, please use the bins provided. * Do not smoke in the rooms and/or toilets. If you are a smoker, please smoke outside in the balconies or patio. * Please Do not host any person apart of the guests booked. * Please do not play music or conduct loud parties after 10:00 We are here to make you welcome and enjoy your stay to the max. Our principle and aim is for your to feel at home. However, please keep in mind that we work and need to be out and about some of the time of your stay.

This bedroom is a double bedded room for 2 persons or a couple. It has its own WC/ Shower and walk in closet. It is on the second floor facing East with nice views of the sea, mountains and the garden.
This is the South West facing room. It has views of the garden, pool and mountains as well. It has a double bed and a sofa making it suitable to sleep 3 persons.
