Overview
We live in a nice 5 br 3 bath situated in an expensive area in east tamaki heights, walking distance to botany mall and few parks around the area. Very near to the bus stop just a minute walk. Walking distance to Botany secondary college. We have such a quiet and friendly neighbourhood. We have large kitchen with a big living room. The available room will have a tv, stereo, single bed, wifi, fan, heater. We have 3 gorgeous girls. We are very kindhearted, religious family, and loving people. We love cooking, baking and eating. We love going out during the weekend to parks and beaches.
House Rules
Keep our home secure, check windows are closed, and lock the front door when entering and leaving the house. Keep the room and toilet and bath clean all the time. Cleanliness are very important to us because I have three small girls. You can use the kitchen if you need to cook but clean all the mess and benches after. Definitely no strangers allowed inside the house. Keep noise to a minimum if other people already in bed. If sleeping in another house just let me know a few days ahead. Must leave the contact details of the person you are staying at. If you gonna be late out til midnight or more please inform us where you are. No overseas call on landline. You can use for local calls only.
