Hanging garden
Overview
I am renting 2 independent rooms of 22m2, both with a small kitchenette and private wc and shower. Both rooms have a double bed and a single bed therefore a max of 3 persons can stay in each room. The 2 rooms share a terrace with plants and in front of each room there is a table and chairs and a small vegetable fence dividing the terrace into two sides. To access the rooms guests will have to cross a corridor through the apartment below, but there is a good privacy level, and it is no problem at any time, day or night. The ferries to the islands are at 25 min walking distance as well for the traditional fish and vegetables market. There are also 2 supermarkets within 150 m distance from the house. The bus and train stations are at 15 min walking distance. The Faro airport is at 15km distance and guests can ask me for airport transfer to the house but that service will cost €18. There are 2 dogs and 3 cats in the house There is another room next to this one so guests may have other guests at the other side of the terrace.
House Rules
Normal according to Portuguese law. The use of the washing machine is subject to a fee of €4 for guests staying less than a week or, for guests staying more than 1 week using it more than once in every 7 days. No meals of any kind are served, not even coffee.
