----EN--- We offer a double room with two single beds, a private bathroom, spacious wardrobes, desks, a TV, and a large window. Guests can use the kitchen, and there are designated spaces for storing food. The bathroom includes towels, shower gel, shampoo, and a hairdryer. Bathroom and room cleaning are included, as well as the change of towels and other items that may get dirty. There are metro and bus stops nearby, allowing you to reach the city center in about 30 minutes. If you have any questions, we’ll be happy to help. ------ Reservation Details To confirm your booking, we require a €50 deposit, which must be transferred to an account that we will provide at the appropriate time. ------ Check-in & Check-out Times Check-in: From 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM Check-out: Before 12:00 PM We are a family of four: my husband, our two children, and I. We also have a black cat named Akek, who is very friendly and brings good luck! We love meeting people from different parts of the world and learning about their cultures and languages. ---ES--- Ofrecemos una habitación doble, 2 camas individuales, con baño privado, espaciosa con armarios, escritorios, TV , gran ventana. Se puede hacer uso de la cocina y además hay espacios reservados para que los huéspedes puedan almacenar sus alimentos. El baño dispone de toallas, gel, champú y secador de pelo. Limpieza del baño y habitación incluida, asi como el cambio de toallas y demas elementos de la habitación susceptibles de mancharse. Paradas de metro y autobuses cerca que te permiten llegar al centro en media hora. Si tienen dudas nosotros se las resolvemos. **Para reservar necesitamos una señal de 50 euros que depositen en una cuenta que se la daremos en su momento.** HORARIOS DE CHECK-IN Y CHECKOUT LLEGADA: A PARTIR DE LAS 14;00 HASTA 23:00 SALIDA : ANTES DE LAS 12:00 Somos una familia de 4 personas, mi marido , mis dos hijos y yo. Además tenemos un gato negro que da buena suerte y es muy sociable, Akek es su nombre. Nos encanta conocer gente de diferente partes del mundo y aprender su cultura e idiomas.
House Rules
No se permite fumar dentro de casa. - No se permite mascotas. - Utilizar la cocina para hacer cosas sencillas ( bocadillos, sandwich)- Para estancias largas llegar acuerdos. - Reducir el ruido al mínimo pasada la media noche. - No se permite extraños en casa. - Apagar las luces cuando no la necesites. - Disfruta de tu estancia y trata nuestra casa como lo harías con la tuya pro- pia. -Por favor, mantén nuestra casa segura y cierra la puerta de la entrada con doble vuelta, tanto cuando entres como cuando salgas de casa. -La lavadora no está disponible para estancias cortas solo para más de 7 días. - Mantener limpias y ordenadas vuestra estancia. Limpieza una vez por semana por el anfitrión. - Pago de 4 euros por cada lavado de ropa. > No smoking >No pets >Close the door with two rounds to go in and out of home.
