House Rules: * BEDDING AND BATHLINES * Every 7 days, bed and bath linen are changed. *CLEANING* Every 7 days complete cleaning. *CLOTHES* Laundry only (We do not provide this service, just as we do not provide a clothesline to hang clothes), separate services to be arranged. *VISITS AND ANIMALS* Visitors and pets are not allowed. *ACCESS & IMFORM* Room has a lock to which only the guest has access. Entry and exit of the property interfonar and there is no set time, guest can arrive any time. There is no access to the kitchen or other area of the residence. Smoking is not allowed inside the residence. *RULES & REPORT* Rules valid only for stays of up to 30 days. Over 30 days, quarterly, half-yearly and annual stays, values and rules to be defined.
