Great Value Stay in Central Tokyo!
Overview
This is one of the biggest condominiums in central Tokyo with a great city view and you really feel that you are staying in the capital of Japan, Tokyo! High security and safe neighbourhood/environment. All the housing facilities incl. bathroom, toilet and kitchen are modern and clean. Supermarket and casual restaurants are within walking distance. This is to share one of the bed rooms in my premises (2 bed rooms - one is for me and another one is for a guest) so for a female single traveler only. Kitchen, lounge and bathroom/toilet are to share with me. I am a professional woman working for an international company and am currently working from home on Tuesdays and Fridays, hence I am at home all day on these days. To speak either English or Japanese is required for our smooth communication. I allow homestay only on weekedays (Mon - Thu) but negotiable for the weekend at JPY8,000/night.
House Rules
Check-in Time: Mon - after 8:30pm Wed & Thu - after 6pm Tue - anytime Weekend stay (Fri, Sat. Sun) is not available for my privavte time but negotiable upon request at JPY8,000/night.

You will have your own private bedroom. Clean towels, Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Soap, Facial soap and other necessary toiletries are available. Bathroom and Toilet are to share with me. Wi-Fi is accesible in my whole property with free of use.
