Regular domestic service. I also have a piano if you are musically inclined.
House Rules
A 25% deposit, will be offset from balance rental due. Friends are welcome to visit, but no overnight stays. Great kitchen and lounge area to enjoy and welcome to have friends over for meals if socially required. Social drinking no problem. Just no substance abusers or addicts tolerated
