Overview
Dear Guests, We are delighted to welcome a professional or student to share our lovely home. Please note the following: • Applications are accepted from guests aged 20 years and over, with a profile photo. • Couples are welcome for stays of up to 4 weeks only. The room price is based on single occupancy; the cost for couples can be discussed with the host. Our home is shared with a family of four and our friendly cockapoo dog, Millie. Location highlights: • Bus stop only 2 minutes’ walk away – just 20 minutes to the city. • Dublin Airport is only 10 minutes by car. • A wide choice of shops, a gym, hot yoga studio, cafés, and the large Father Collins Park nearby. • Beautiful seaside villages Portmarnock and Malahide are just 10 minutes away. Please note: due to business commitments, we cannot provide meals. Guests are welcome to prepare their own food in the kitchen. We hope you will enjoy your stay with us!
House Rules
To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we kindly ask guests to respect the following: • No smoking, vaping, or alcohol consumption anywhere in the house. • Please remove shoes before going upstairs. • Keep the room clean and tidy at all times. • The room is for residential use only and cannot be used for working from home. • Turn off all lights before leaving the room. • For fresh air and comfort, please air the room daily. • Laundry facilities (washing machine and dryer) are available twice a week. Detergent is not provided. Usage times/days should be agreed with the host. No drying clothes inside the room. • Kitchen facilities are for light cooking only, and may be used after family meals are finished. • No meals in the bedroom at any time. • Kitchen and laundry facilities may be used until 21:30 strictly. • Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 06:00. • Check-in: after 15:00 | Check-out: before 10:00. • Guests are not permitted to use the home address for opening bank accounts or official registrations. • Payments are non-refundable in case of early departure or change of plans. This is the largest and brightest room in the house, with its own private bathroom. It features a comfortable double bed, a large wardrobe, bedside cabinets with drawers, and for extra convenience, a fridge recently added in the room.
