Great house in central Madr
Overview
Hi there. We are a family who live in the center, we house has four bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is a nice and cozy home. I speak Spanish and French. There is wifi, heating and air conditioning. The rooms have lockers, desks and window. We provide linens and towels to travelers. Possibility to use the kitchen and wash ropa.Nuestra house is located in the center of Madrid. From here you can easily walk to the city center: Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol, Gran Via ... you can also walk to the Prado, the Reina Sofía Museum and Park Retiro.Además, has good connections Public transport: metro Ambassadors, bus and train. Atocha Station is 10 minutes, it's a nice life and neighborhood, a place to enjoy the city of Madrid.

HOUSE'S RULES For good coexistence and mutual respect, these are some basic rules. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions or needs. Please prioritize talking face to face over using the Airbnb app or using mobile phones. * Please always turn off the lights, do not leave them on when you are not in the room. * Make sure to close the taps properly. * Make sure to turn off the stove after using it. * Do not make noise or use the shower after 10:00 p.m. not even before 08:00h. * For yourself and others, do not occupy the bathroom for more than 30 minutes. *Only one shower per day is allowed. * In the case of the kitchen, only pre-cooked or quick food is allowed, not very elaborate meals. Maximum 30 minutes per meal. * Keep the door to your room and the bathroom closed. *It is not allowed to bring guests to the house. * Eating is not allowed in the rooms, only in the kitchen. * Drinking alcohol is not allowed in the rooms. * You can wash clothes at home, but I only have to put the washing machine on, when you want to wash clothes talk to me. * You cannot take anything out of the house, in particular kitchen utensils (plates, cutlery, containers, etc.). * In certain circumstances, the host must be able to enter the rooms to carry out necessary cleaning.
