4 bed 2 full bath 2,300 square foot, very clean home to share. My Guest has a dedicated, private bathroom. As well as full access to a fully appointed, beautiful kitchen, living room and dining room. Guest room is beautifully furnished and includes a Queen size bed. The home is nestled in the foothills of Shasta, CA. with Whiskeytown lake just 3 miles away. Paved walking trails along the Sacramento River are just a mile away. The outdoor living here is a beautiful as the inside of the home. Large deck with two separate covered sitting spaces. Large Traegar BBQ is for my guest to use as well. This tranquil home is on a fully landscaped acre of land. My home to share is a truly peaceful, quiet and inviting place to stay and enjoy.
