Lovely home in quiet subdivision, seconds from 31W, 10 minutes from Baptist Health Elizabethtown, KY, and only minutes from numerous restaurants. Suite 2 is located on the second floor with the guest bathroom right off of your bedroom. Bedroom features a queen size bed, dresser, nightstand, a small refrigerator and microwave should you not feel like going downstairs for a snack, and a smart TV. You will also have complete access to the spa inspired living room and kitchen downstairs.
House Rules
Guest will have full access to all common areas (bathroom, kitchen, living room, and backyard) in addition to your individual room. - Respect other guests. Quiet hours 9pm-8am nightly - No smoking in the residence - No pets - Respect common areas; keep them tidy. - wash your dishes - No loud music/parties
