A spacious 4-bedroom house located in a safe neighbourhood close to the city centre is available to host you. The house is home to a family of three (father, mother, daughter), with one female tenant in the outside apartment. The house has a comfortable space for guests to lounge, a study area, a dining area, and an outside area to relax. You have your own cosy bedroom, with a private toilet, and have access to utilise the kitchen as well as the above-mentioned spaces. There is a boundary wall of the yard with an electric fence and the house is secured with an alarm system, and an alert dog on the premises. Unlimited internet access and ample parking space is available. The main language spoken is English and the native languages. Privacy on the premises is guaranteed.

No smoking cigarettes inside the house. Visitors cannot overnight without indication.
