Located 8.3km from Lusaka CBD and shopping malls and eateries within a radius of 2km in a secure and neat yard My place is in a secure, pleasant and neat, off Buluwe Rd and Harry Mwaanga Roads. It is a stand alone from the main house and offers a quite space and privacy. It is 1.1km from Cross Roads shopping mall and accessible by public transport. Hot water shower, a two plate gas stove, microwave, bar fridge, laptop table, fan, solar lamp for lighting. Overhead reservoir tanks provides water through out the day.
House Rules
-Request when water pressure is low as water may be collecting in the reservoir tanks -Motorised gate with own remotee to the gate and entry hour not restricted -No smoking inside the room but permitted outside -Guest wing cleaning is free as and when required -Laundry & ironing of personal items at a fee of US $5 per session available
