Walking distance to parks (tennis court), biking trail, Hospitals, Shopping Center, Toronto PanAm Gym, our house is beside TTC bus stop and Plaza, near local train station CAPACITY: 1 Female RATES: Weekly / 1,000 Monthly ***available August 2024 for short or long-term rental. ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED -Central A/C -Central heating -furnished room (single bed, closet, study chair and table, study lamp, bookshelves) - Internet Access -Laundry area HOUSE RULES: No smoking or drugs allowed in the home, no loud music/noise after 10 PM, and no sleepover guests or guests after 10 PM. The rest of the rules will be discussed depending on further negotiations. Payments must be made 1 week before the arrival.
