The master suite is set up like a small private apartment with your own refrigerator and microwave for your convenience. You will also have access to use the main kitchen as well. There is a beautiful patio for you to enjoy also. I also have a smaller standard size bedroom for extra guests, with comfortable queen size bed , large closet, dresser, double sink bathroom vanity i prefer working relocation professionals, international students who go to work or school. There is a custom kitchen fully furnished available for lite cooking the entire house has high speed WIFI and cable TV and backyard private deck. a 10 minute car commute to downtown denver and close to the mountain ski areas Please note you are not renting the entire house only a room for rent for relocation professionals long term min 45 day stay. We accept payment through PayPal, Zelle, visa and master card there is a small refundable deposit also

respectful conduct smoking outside only please remove your shoes when entering my home. If you cook and use the kitchen please clean up after use. Please remove all trash from your bedroom once a week trash day is wednesday morning. No overnight guests allowed This is a very conservative quiet living environment
