Overview
We live in the "Garden City" which is the second name for Newton. In deed, Newton is a beautiful city, surrounded by large homes and gardens. Our home is in walking distance to stores, restaurants and transportation to Down Town Boston (12-25 min. by train) . We live on a quiet road near Newton Center and by Newtonville Center. We are hosting students/families for many years, and enjoy the beauty of the "extended family " we have all over the world. I love cooking and you can enjoy many tasty treats, during the stay. Our family time is a joy, with some indoor and outdoors activities, depends on the seasons and weather. My son is 16 years old and as any other American teen, he enjoy earning his independence. He is polite, and at times, adds a lot of lough during dinner time....( lower price for students with valid USA student ID, and if stay more than 207 nights.) The price: $ 120 is for two people in one room. International students are welcome here!! We live one minute walk to bus stop and train, but it is very quiet outside! We do have two full bathrooms, but the only one (The big nodern one-see picture) is available for Homestay guests. Our location allow an easy excess to Boston, Brighton, Alston, Watertown, Wellesley, and more... Did I mentioned that our beautiful home location will bring you much closer to all the above cities , restaurants, supermarket and more! Laundry services are available but not included.
House Rules
Keep noise to a minimum after midnight please. Please do not invite strangers into our home; if you would like to invite a friend over just agree it with me in advance, no overnight visits . Please enjoy your stay and treat our house as you would your own home! A wonderful full Dinner is available for an additional fee ($20pp) Laundry on weekend only-1 load(wash, dry, fold = $15.

This is a smaller room with one Double bed (option for two beds for Additional price of $55/nigh for each persont. The room have a dresser, Small HD T.V, cables and a desk. It also has Night stand and a reading lamp. It is private and includes WiFi.
This is a big room with a queen size bed and an option for an addition of a single bed (Twin) if needed. It has A/C and a fan, upon our New England Weather... The price for this room is 65/night Per Person. It has a HD cable/internet with 47"T.V .
