Fun Family that loves the beach
Overview
Large family home with swimming pool Our family lives in a 4 bedroom house in Orange Park on the westside of Jacksonville, Florida. Our home is a 5 minute walk to St. Johns Country Day School - a prestigious college-prep school for grades K-12. We are also on a bus route to public schools and I teach at one of the local high schools. We have a large eat-in kitchen and separate dining room. There is a swimming pool, with BBQ grill in the over sized back yard. Very quiet well sought out area. Small community, but less than a 5 minute drive to local malls and stores. My daughter and I love baking and cooking, so special dishes will be provided from time to time. We are very active and social in church, so we are always busy doing something fantastic. We also travel every chance we get, mostly on long weekends and holidays.
House Rules
Please keep our home safe and secure by locking all doors when entering and leaving the house. Please do not adjust the thermostat yourself, ask me and we will happily accommodate you. No smoking or alcohol drinks are allowed in our home. Please do not invite guest without first checking with me. As a student the home will become yours. Feel free to use the kitchen and laundry room, but clean up upon completion. Please keep noise to a minimum at all times.
