After booking fee is paid, reservation fee is required to be paid in full for the complete stay through PayPal. Cancellation and refunds must be requested at least 4 days prior, last minute cancellation within 2 days gets 50% back within 1 day its non-refundable There is a $150 security deposit required at check in which is refundable if no damages or rules are kept Juice Tasting, Tikki Bar and Dipping pool/spa as outside activities, Group party outside only can be arranged
House Rules
Keep noise to a minimum, and keep our home secure when entering and leaving the house. Please do not invite strangers into our home. Enjoy your stay and treat our house as your own (Only if you maintain yours) After the booking fee is paid full reservation cost is to be paid 2 days in advance through PayPal before arrival payable to Host directly. There is also a security deposit of $120 that is refundable if no damages occur. The security deposit is cash only on arrival at the property. All other fees will be invoiced to your email address and are to be prepaid. Also, there is a one-time cleaning fee of $28, additional cleaning request is $20 per request. The use of the Kitchen is $15 per day.
