You have also the chance to walk around in the beautiful nature of Adda Park. Near us you can find the wonderful cycle path along ADDA River connecting you directly event to Milan! Lecco is 8 km from here: you can get there in 10 min by car or by bus. In our surrounding you find mountains and lake. You can enjoy spring/summer but also winter if you like wintersports! Train station is nearby ...5 min by car, with connections to the cities Milan, Bergamo, Lecco, Monza (practical also if you like F1) By Bike you can enjoy the beautiful cycling path to the main city. - *** BIKERS WELCOME*** "Moto Guzzi" Company is also not far away from us - FREE PARKING available in front of the house: You can see yr car from the window. House Rules
Help ensure the safety of the house: pls close the doors and windows each time you leave the flat Pls pay attention: Shutters have to stay fixed on the wall or to be closed.(do not leave them loose) You will be responsible of any damage. No pets are allowed in the house. Smoking in the flat is forbidden: you are allowed to smoke on the balkony it is forbidden to bring strangers into the house and to organize parties Make yourself comfortable, but respect the house. During your stay, treat the house as if it were your own. Washmachine available upon previous request by energy extra cost Extra cost for additional guests “Payment methods": Please note that we require our guests to pay the remaining balance in cash (€) by arrival - check in from 17.00 till 19.00 . Self check in (from 15.00) is also possible on previous request and by payment in advance by bank money transfer 5 days before arrival and by showing yr docs (due to local law) = if interested ask for it on yr request
