Room has a tv, desk, and lounger. Power nightstand next to bed. Room also has its own personal fridge and a private storage closet/pantry right out room door . Water, sewer, garbage, power, gas & internet included in rent. Ample street parking. 4 cars able to fit in 2 rows is two in driveway would have to work out parking arrangement either other roommates if driveway use. Fruit trees on property. Fenced back yard. Large front yard. Room 1 21yr old male & female couple with a cat, dog & Guinee pigs. Room 2 22yr old female with a cat. Room 3 female travel nurse, Room 4 this one.
