Homestay House Rules Respect & Consideration – Please be respectful of everyone in the house. Cleanliness – Keep your room tidy and clean up after yourself in shared areas (kitchen, bathroom, lounge). Kitchen Use – You are welcome to use all kitchen appliances and utensils. Please wash and return everything after use. Laundry – Washing machine is available for personal use (please use during reasonable hours). Guests – Visitors are allowed with prior notice, but no overnight stays unless discussed. Noise – Quiet hours after 10pm to ensure a peaceful environment. Smoking & Alcohol – No smoking allowed in the house. You could consume considerate amount of liquor in your room Internet Use – WiFi is provided for study, work, and general use. Security – Always lock the doors and windows when you go out. Respect Privacy – Everyone’s personal space and belongings must be respected.
