Overview
I’m a work from home animator/musician and share our 4 storey home with my 18yr old thespian son…..oh and a cat that thinks he's a dog! I’m home most of the time but usually squirreled away in my office. We’re both friendly and polite and have long time partners who pop by now and then. We like to keep things clean and tidy and…most of all…comfortable! You are welcome to share our basement which contains the kitchen, dining table and a cozy living room area . Weather permitting you may also use the garden. Happy to help you with any information you may need and settle you in , or just let you get on with it! Parking immediately outside is permit , but the roads off our road are free to park on.
House Rules
We like to keep things clean and tidy and…most of all…comfortable! Be considerate of others and clean up the kitchen and bathroom after yourself. Your laundry is one load a week and you provide the detergent. No visitors Meals. Kitchen closes at 9pm. Guests provide their own food/drink etc Kitchen can be used for one cooked meal a day and can be used for sandwich’s etc and drinks at other times. Meals and drinks to be consumed in dining area not in bedrooms. Please be mindful of not wasting energy (Guests will be charged for usage that exceeds £5 per day) Noise; Please be sensible and civilized.Please keep noise to a minimum after 10pm You may put up pictures etc on the walls but the walls must be left as you found them..no marks or holes. Payment Method: Please note that we require our guests to pay the balance in full PRIOR TO arrival Cancellation Policy: Full refund one month before booking date. 50% thereafter SMOKING RULES Your host is a non-smoker. Smoking is not allowed. Bedding and towels supplied

A good size bedroom with lovely view over Brighton, would suit a guest who needs to work from home sometimes. Large wardrobe. Happy for you to have the TV from the basement in your room if you'd prefer it there.
