One bedroom independent fully furnished apartment. for insurance purposes you will have to share kitchen. We live in coveted SE Oakville, Ontario, Canada. We are very centrally located between Toronto and Niagara Falls. Our home is 2 minutes from ALL major highways and 7-10 minutes away from beautiful lake views and parks. There are many walking and biking trails around our home. A unique one-bedroom luxury lower level walk-out to garden apartment. It has a new, modern open concept kitchen and living room with a large bedroom (28ft) ---good for a single person or couple. This place sleeps 3; there is a pull-out couch. Additionally, for a short stay, a fourth camp cot fits in very well. Beautiful, closets provide ample space for 2 people as is the cabinet space in the bathroom. This unique independent apartment is designed with a relaxing patio and faces green belt. The apartment has it's own private garden and deck. Free WIFI, Air Conditioning, every week cleaning. If you need something please ask, we may be able to provide it. Payments to be made prior to arrival.
House Rules
Please do not invite strangers into our home; you can invite a friend after discussing with me. No parties. Strict control. No pets at all. Please keep your living space clean. Welcome to use kitchen, please clean up after use. Very particular about cleanliness.

An independent one bedroom apartment with a pull out couch in living room. Although kitchen is well equipped you have to share the main house kitchen. However if stay is longer than 35 days you may use the apartment kitchen for cooking.
