Friendly host living close to city
Overview
I live in a popular suburb close to the city. My home has 3 bedrooms in total, 2 bathrooms , Guests share their bathroom, and share a spacious family / living / dining area a breakfast bar and there is a separate reading/sitting relax lounge area. Nice patio and garden area with bbq. I enjoy entertaining and especially like cooking and cant wait to share some wonderful experiences with you! I have just recently rescued a little cavoodle. She is no bother, doesn't bark and doesn't drop hair.
House Rules
No parties or other guests or friends staying over. Payment is expected upon arrival. Provide own food unless otherwise arranged. Negotiate time to use kitchen, Clean up properly after use which includes utensils and benches. Bathroom area and toilet to be kept clean at all times. negotiate a time if wanting to use laundry. Guests must be Covid 19 vaccinated.

This is a modern very comfortable room with a King single bed. Plenty of drawer and hanging space. Light and airy. Close to shared guest bathroom. Air conditioned.
This room has queen bed suitable for two, is adjacent to guest bathroom. Guest bathroom is exclusive for guests.. has hair dryer. Close to guest sitting room with TV.
