Overview
We are a family of 2 adults. We live in Dublin 5, on the North side of Dublin city. We are near the sea and close to dart station, bus and local supermarket. Fishing and golf are available nearby. There are several restaurants and theatres nearby. Travel time to the city and Point depot is approx. 10 minutes. Our home is clean, warm and friendly. We like learning about different cultures. Our home has central heating, running hot water, two bathrooms, two living rooms, fully fitted and equipped kitchen and secluded garden to the rear. Included in the price is "reasonable use" of all facilities and one laundry wash per week We have a small dog Our home is not to be used as an office or business premises
House Rules
Payment in full is due upon arrival. Should you choose to arrive with no money to pay then all agreements are null and void and you will have to find accommodation elsewhere. While reasonable use of all utilities are included in your rent this does not include leaving hot water/shower running for 12 hours! Guests are expected to vacate the room during the day We expect you to keep our home secure and to be polite to others sharing the house. When sharing facilities such as bathroom and kitchen please keep your use to a minimum so others can also get a chance to use them If you break anything then you must pay for it Should you ruin sheets or soil mattress you will be made pay for their replacement Should your personality be incompatible with other guests you will be given notice to leave BLINDS MUST BE LEFT DOWN. WINDOWS AND DOORS MUST BE CLOSED WHEN YOU ARE NOT IN THE HOUSE Noise should be avoided after midnight Smoking is not allowed in the house but you may smoke in the garden to the rear Guests are not allowed to bring pets Guests are not allowed have overnight visitors It is forbidden to use the residence as a place of business or an office facility On date of departure please vacate your room by 10:00hrs CANCELLATION POLICY : We ask our guests to give us at least 7 days notice for any cancellation. Any cancellation later than this will not be refunded SECURITY DEPOSIT As the house has recently been completely redecorated and new beds fitted we will require a security deposit of Euro 200 to be paid on arrival. This deposit is refunded to you in full on departure once the hall door key has been returned and there is no damage to the room or contents
