FRIENDLY FAMILY IN VALENCIA
Overview
We are a small, friendly family living in a residential area close to the city of Valencia. We can offer a large, well-equipped, single bedroom with a shared bathroom and a double bedroom with en-suite washroom. We live in small development where we enjoy free access to lovely gardens, a swimming-pool and tennis and paddle-tennis courts. I live with my daughter and my dog. As a family we are easy-going and open-minded. We really like having people staying with us. We also love learning about other cultures and grab every opportunity to do so. The flat is distributed in three floors and has several spacious terraces, where we are able to enjoy our Mediterranean climate, mild temperatures and lot of sunlight. Our town, Bétera, is set in beautiful surroundings full of orange groves. The nearby mountains of the Calderona, affords outdoor activities such as horse-riding, hiking, and cycling all year round. Furthermore, the seaside is only a short car ride away! I do know we can have a wonderful time if you come to our home, and we will also be happy to offer you any help you may need during your stay with us, such as information about local amenities, public transport, etc.
House Rules
We are really easy going people and will only ask you to think of our home as if it were yours. But we are not happy with any intolerant, violent, racist, sexism or homophobic attitudes .

It is a single bedroom but occasionally can sleep two persons. There's an extra bed. Extra guess, seven euros plus.
