NON SMOKING spacious semi detached house, on a quiet road in a leafy suburb in the North West of London. It has 4 bedrooms, Bathroom upstairs and Shower room downstairs a spacious living room and a kitchen with dining area. The nearest Underground train station (Preston Road) is 10 minutes walk and 20 minutes to central London. Shops restaurants cafes 10 minutes walk.
House Rules
NO SMOKING OR VAPING ZERO TOLERANCE TO DRUGS NO VISITORS NO PETS All guest must return home by 11 pm security alarm is armed at 11 pm. Entrance door locks at 11 pm. Keep NOISE to the minimum after 10 pm, Clean bath/ shower after use. Wash kitchen utensils wipe dry and place back in same cabinet after use. Security alarm system monitoring is operational 24/7. Keep home secured close windows and lock front door when leaving the house. Switch off lights and all electrical equipment before leaving the room. Dispose your rubbish in the bins provided out side the house. Recycling bin for plastic glass and tins Grey bin for non recycling rubbish Food scraping in small green bin. Enjoy your stay and treat my house as you would your own home.
